第1部分. Family Educational Rights 和 Privacy Act.

Records may be disclosed without consent to:

12) An alleged victim of any crime of violence (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. 16); limited to the results of any institutional disciplinary proceeding against the alleged perpetrator with respect to that crime.

第7部分. Procedure for Inspection of Education Records

Access will be given within 45 days from the date of receipt of the request.

- the student has a “hold” on his/her record, 和/or
- there is an unresolved disciplinary action against the student.

第8部分. Procedure for Challenging the Contents of Education Records
Students have the right to ask to have records reviewed 和/or corrected that they believe are inaccurate, 误导, or in violation of their privacy rights. 对教育记录内容提出质疑和修改的请求必须以书面形式提交给注册主任, or other identified records custodian, 和 must clearly identify the part of the record in contention 和 the reasons the student believes it is inaccurate, 误导, 或者侵犯隐私权. The hearing will be conducted by a hearing officer who is a disinterested party.
